Mrs. Senkoya Omowunmi is the pioneer staff and currently the Branch Manager of First Registrars & Investor Services Ltd Abuja, saddled strategically to cater for the shareholders and investors needs within the Central and Northern Region of the nation. She rose through the ranks from Registrar Executive Trainee to Senior Managerial level and presently member of the Management Team in a career path spanning 20 years of cognate experience in Administration of Share Registration, Investors Services and General Capital Market Business.
She has good knowledge of Nigerian Capital Market with purposeful progressive leadership responsibilities in updating shareholder’s details in the Company Register, dividend and share certificate management, shareholder’s timely queries resolution, new business initiative, branch coordination, and ethical liaison in between the regulators and the organization.
She was particularly saddled with the responsibility of commencing, nurturing and full administration of Abuja Branch of First Registrar Nigeria Ltd-now strategically renamed First Registrars & Investor Services Ltd with sterling performance till date. Her particular focus is on adding value to humanity in all that she does. She is well known for her outstanding leadership qualities, team spirit, good interpersonal and communication skills and prompt delivery on targeted corporate goals. She is a Fellow of both the Institute of Capital Market Registrars and Institute of Operational Management of Nigeria.
She is married with children and she is an ordained deaconess in Champion Faith Assembly Abuja.
