Dcns Joy Ofokansi is from Onitsha, married to the family of Late Mr. Joel C. N. Ofokansi in Obosi both from Anambra State with 5 lovely children. She is a Civil Servant with the Ministry of Budget and National Planning as Chief Accountant and also an Ordained Deaconess in Champion Faith Assembly.
